We’ve been attracting attention

Our first project, All In Dublin, had a BIG September. ICYMI, here's a press release we issued with our partners  following a key Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and acquisition of our site, both of which occurred September 18.

We had articles run in Columbus Business First and the Columbus Dispatch as well as news segments on 10TV and ABC6 about these key milestones. Additionally, our completed LIHTC application was submitted to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and we're now working with Dublin planning staff to set the schedule for review and final approval of our competed site plan, which we envision submitting next month.

The project is now on track to close on financing and begin construction by July 2026, with expected occupancy by September 2027.

We also undertook a productive and enjoyable Community Design Workshop in August that engaged input from a range of key community stakeholders about All In Dublin’s Design. Below is a brief video of the session, which is one of a series of engagement strategies All In is employing to ensure representation and input from the communities we’re committed to serving.

We appreciate all who were able to join us for the most recent in All In's series of Town Hall meetings.  It was great to be with so many of you and to have the chance to bring you up-to-date on All In's progress.

Special thanks go to our friends at Open Door Art Studio & Gallery for the terrific pop-up exhibition of their artists' work and the wonderful Genene Blackwell who gifted us with her musical talents. Stay tuned for photos from this terrific evening!

Our Town Hall on March 9 at the Dublin Community Center was a great success. We appreciated our friends from Clover Coffee who were on hand to share delicious coffee, tea and hot chocolate with all the attendees. It was a fun, informative session with good brews, conversation and connections.
